Motor & Control

Main Task

After choosing motor and inverter (motor control unit), your task will be to set them up in a lab environment and learn how to get these to communicate with each other (using existing software) as well as with other units via the CAN-bus. Some tests that may be interesting to perform are: torque vs speed measurements, protection features and integration of other systems such as cooling, precharge/discharge etc.
