Monocoque Design

Main Task

As a monocoque designer you will specialize in one of three designated areas of the car, and you will directly communicate with other subteams to update your designs. Later in the development process, you will then transition into designing the mold in which the monocoque is created. To successfully do this, you will have to have to be creative, constantly looking for smart design solutions.

Your Profile

You are comfortable with a lot of independent work. You are creative and comfortable with working on your own and solving problems. Interest or knowledge in solid mechanics is a major plus! If you want to work with simulations you will work with CAD softwares. You are interested in structure analysis and optimization as well as learning new softwares. You must be comfortable with solving problems on your own and creative in finding answers. You should also be good at documenting your process.
