You will be responsible for leading the group and making sure deadlines are set and fulfilled. You should help and guide the group so that everyone has the information and resources they need. Since the group is small a bigger responsibility in design and manufacturing will also be necessary. You will also be a part of the management team that organises the project and making sure the whole team works in the same directions and reaches our common goals.
