Driverless Manager

Main Task

Your main responsibility is to lead the driverless subteam and make sure that all the driverless specific rules are fulfilled and that everyone in the driverless subteam got the resources they need to perform their tasks. A large part of your work will consist of trying to see the bigger picture and make sure that nothing is missed or forgotten and that your subteam is working towards the same goals as the rest of the team. You’ll plan and hold a weekly meeting with your subteam and attend a weekly manager meeting with the other managers and leaders where you are part of all the decisions that affect the team.

Your Profile

You should have basic knowledge within both electronics and software development to be able to support your subteam members in their work. You should feel comfortable with leading a group of people and have good communication skills in order to flourish in this role. The most important thing about you is that you are willing to learn a lot of new things.
